How will my property be cared for day-to-day?

Professional property operators are responsible for guest screening, regular cleaning, inspections, and minor maintenance. They use modern cleaning technologies and processes, and are motivated by guest reviews and ratings, which encourage careful day-to-day management.

How is my property protected?

Responsibilities are clearly defined in the agreement. Minor maintenance is managed by the operator, while major maintenance (structural or high-cost repairs) remains the landlord’s responsibility. Advanced cleaning, monitoring, and operational standards help safeguard your asset.

Does Mulari charge landlords for the service?

No. We do not charge landlords a flat fee. Rather, we collaborate with landlords. Our fees are agreed directly with the investor or property operator we represent. Landlords receive introductions and support at no cost.

How are financial arrangements handled?

Payment terms, including any guaranteed rent if agreed, are negotiated between you and the investor. We act on behalf of the investor to negotiate, but all financial agreements are finalised in the signed contract.

Will this arrangement maintain or enhance my property’s value

How involved will I need to be as a Landlord?
